I called Home Appliance Care when another technician, sent from my home warranty company, put in minimal effort and was unable to find a gas leak on my stove. Zafar took the time to search out the small gas leak - taking apart the stove part-by-part to find the issue. He spent over an hour on my stove and was so kind to work with. I would 100% would recommend Zafar and Home Appliance Care.

Zafar came by yesterday and rescued my Maytag dryer in great form and fashion. Dude disassembled the bad boy, checked parts and movement, and found the cause of the... read more noise it was making. As it has two wheels that turn the drum, one of them was in poor shape. Though its not a new model, dude checked inventory and had a replacement. I said 'Zafar, any chance you have another wheel?' He checked and he did, so I said let's replace them both. So, in addition to finding the issue, he greased and replaced both wheels reducing the chance of this happening again. He even cleaned areas that lint had gotten into, put it back together, tested it for smooth op and heat, and we're good to go. On point, reasonable prices and professional.
