But Hadi is a smart, hard worker who cares about customers! He’s focused on getting your machine fixed properly and that means a lot! I would recommend Hadi to anyone needing a repair! Thank you again so very much! Note: I still don’t know who cancelled two of my work orders to return and repair the machine. I will still avoid these “higher end”, “smart” (wifi enabled/touch) machines in the future as they seem to be extremely difficult to repair. My washer failed on Jan 14 and it took nearly two months to resolve.

I was having a problem with my dryer not heating... read more etc; He did a diagnostic test to find out what was causing the issue and replaced the heating element. I am very happy that my dryer is now working again.
