Appliance Repair in Northern Virginia

I am unable to answer questions about price because my service is part of a maintenance plan. The company representative texted me the day before the service appointment with a time. On the day of service, the repair technician notified me when he was 25 minutes away. The repair technician was professional and courteous.

Excellent customer service and professionalism, went above and beyond to help resolve the problem.

This review is primarily about our interactions with the technician, Zafar. Machine was less than a year old and control panel malfunctioned. Whirlpool sent Zafar who repaired the control panel and gave helpful tips for future use.

My Whirlpool dryer recently stopped drying my clothes. I had a service contract so I called them for a repair. Home Appliances sent out a technician who quickly found the problem and fixed it. I was very pleased with his work.

Zafar Islam has an excellent technician and representative of your company. His service was provided through a product protection plan.

Responsive, good communication, respectful. The parts were backordered that’s why the repair took long, but once the parts arrived they were quick

I awaited and expected that the technician would simply install the parts that he ordered, yet a different technician, Hadi, rediagnosed the problem and realized it simply needed a new seal, not any new parts. He also discovered an unrelated leaking valve and replaced it with a better version. Hadi solved both problems swiftly and effectively. He communicated well and was focused on addressing the issue. Very adept at problem-solving, and a nice man.

This techntion was very responsible and did an excellent job. I truly appreciate all of his hard work and would like to express my sincere gratitude.

Great technician; parts took a long time to come

Athar A. from Home Appliance Care helped us fix our dishwasher. He arrived for his first visit within the time window provided and diagnosed the issue. Though it couldn’t be fixed in that visit, he ordered the part and I was able to follow up about 3 days later to schedule a second visit for the repair. Athar again arrived within the provided time window and spent a long time resolving our issue (that ultimately was more than just the original part he had ordered)! We are grateful for his hard work to complete the repair. Total time from booking appt to repair was about 10 days.

The guy who check my appliance was so nice and friendly and also responsible because inform to me about trouble to be on time but next day was perfect.. thanks for all you did!

The technician was excellent. Athar A Was very knowledgeable, answered all of my questions and left the area very clean. Prior to the visit, they kept me informed of the time that the technician would arrive. It was also unusual in a good way that I was able to speak to a real person regarding the appointment time.

Athar was very professional and very helpful in getting our fridge repaired.

Our experience with home appliance care has been exceptional. We had a good time with Athar and his crew and were able to get our washer back to normal. However we did experience inconvenience with cinch home warranty who was not the service provider in our situation but the people overall responsible for our problems. If you have a problem please go directly to home appliance care as they do great work and please disregard cinch home warranty as cinch is useless and will leave you hanging to dry.

The technician did a great job in replacing my ice maker. I would have rated the service 5 stars, however my attempts to get informed on when the parts would be available or received, went unanswered for 5 days. My calls each day to their office, leaving a voice message, were never answered. All I wanted was an estimated date for the parts. The technicians were great, the communication with the customer not so good.

Showed up early in the appointment window, had what was needed. Quick, efficient. All good! Covered by extended warranty.

We used Home Appliance Care via the manufacturer’s (KA) service program and they were great. Our technician, Athar, was prompt and friendly, and diagnosed the issue quickly. Once the needed part was in, they worked with us to schedule the installation with great flexibility for our schedule. The oven works perfectly now. Would definitely call them first if we have any future issues with any appliances.
