About the Role
As a Senior Technician at Home Appliance Care, you’ll diagnose and repair a wide range of home appliances—including washers, dryers, dishwashers, range ovens, garbage disposals, refrigerators, and freezers. You’ll communicate directly with customers to understand their concerns, explain repairs clearly, and ensure they feel confident in the work being done. You’ll maintain accurate records of service calls, parts used, and work performed, while adhering to safety protocols at all times. You’ll also collaborate with our Dispatch team, receiving job assignments through our software, via text, and verbally, working together to streamline processes and deliver efficient, high-quality service.
Your Responsibilities
- Diagnosing and repairing various home appliances including washers, dryers, dishwashers, range ovens, garbage disposals, refrigerators, and freezers.
- Communicating effectively with customers to understand and address their concerns regarding appliance issues.
- Maintaining accurate records of service calls, parts used, and work performed.
- Adhering to safety protocols and regulations while performing repair and maintenance tasks.
- Collaborating with team members to streamline processes and improve service efficiency. You will receive job calls from our Dispatch team through our software, text and verbally as well.

- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- A valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Your own tools (we provide software, dispatch support, and parts)
