He arrived for his first visit within the time window provided and diagnosed the issue. Though it couldn’t be fixed in that visit, he ordered the part and I was able to follow up about 3 days later to schedule a second visit for the repair. Athar again arrived within the provided time window and spent a long time resolving our issue (that ultimately was more than just the original part he had ordered)!
